Our easy to use service has been developed over the past 5 years to offer the smoothest experience for all our customers, because we know that organising a holiday can be stressful enough without worrying about your car!
On the day of your departure all you need to do contact RS09 on our ‘duty’ phone line (07766228963) when you are approx 20 minutes from the terminal. Once you call, we will let you know exactly where to go at the terminal to meet your driver.
Once you arrive, the driver will book your car in & do a quick check for any outstanding damage, you will be asked to check & sign the form, to make sure all information is correct. Once this is all done, the driver will take your vehicle to our fully secure car park where it will stay until the day of your return.
When you arrive back from your trip you will once again need to make a quick call to RS09 on the duty phone number (07766228963), once you have collected your luggage. Upon receiving your call RS09 will tell you where to go to meet your driver & your car.
RS09 also offer an additional valeting service which you will be offered at the terminal. |
